Are there any restrictions on personal items?
Yes, the following restrictions apply:
- No large man bags are permitted. If brought, they must be left in the cloakroom.
- No aftershaves
- No perfumes or liquids
- No glassware
- No chewing gum
- No horns or whistles
If liquids are not picked up at the end of the night, they will be destroyed.
Can I bring my medications into the venue?
Any medications that are not emergency drugs and do not have an original prescription label will need to be left in the cloakroom or with the medical staff.

Is LDN East Wheelchair friendly?
Yes. We have a disabled toilet easily accessible via a ramp plus a dedicated security guard on hand to assist if needed.We also have ramps throughout the venue.Please get in touch with our team for any more requests ldn.east16@gmail.com

Please contact the promoter directly or the website where you purchased your ticket.

We are 5mins from Star Lane DLR & a short walk from Canning Town Tube.

What should I do if I feel unwell while visiting us?
Let a member of staff know immediately, they will not judge you and are all trained to offer advice and if necessary will refer you to our medic team. You will not face a ban if you report to us as unwell, your health and safety is paramount.
What time do you open?
Our normal opening hours are 2pm – 11pm across Saturdays and Sundays. To avoid the queues you can purchase advance tickets from our website.
